Hey ya'll-I'm Kat. I am 25 years old and have recently become a Advocare Distributor! I could not be more excited and blessed to be going through this journey. I am a mix of emotions right now. I feel BLESSED, happy, scared, hopeful, worried and pumped!! :)
I am so happy that God put it in my heart to contact an Advocare representative.....! Let me start from the beginning and I hope that you enjoy going through this journey with me.....
It all started one lazy afternoon. I was just sitting on my couch being lazy and feeling sorry for myself. I was unmotivated to do anything. I just wanted to watch TV, sleep and eat. That was my daily routine-sometimes I would go out with friends or do little things but usually just nothing. I was sitting on the couch like I said, and GOD put it in my heart to contact Brittany Baker. We went to high school together and I always noticed she was putting things up about Advocare on Facebook. I wanted to know more. I messaged her and just asked if she could help me lose weight, feel better and get motivated.
She responded almost immediately! I was so happy! She told me that it was weird that I had messaged her because she had been "creepin" on my photography page. I knew right then and there that this was God telling me to look into Advocare and not just me.
Brittany wanted to talk a little more and wanted to know what I wanted out of Advocare. I told her I wanted to lose weight, have more energy, get motivated and just be healthier!
I prayed and prayed about it and still felt like this was the way to go! I told my mom [which I thought was a good idea at the beginning]-and she was MAD!! She was worried that I would get back into debt or I would not be spending my money wisely! I told her that it was not a rush decision and that I felt the God brought me to this. I told her I was going to do it-with or without her help-BUT it would be easier with her support, love and prayers.
I got invited to a ladies mixer and mom eventually asked if she could come with me. We went and by the end of it-mom was ON BOARD!! :)
I became distributor and bought the 24 day challenge and catalyst. I started yesterday! I am so excited to continuing documenting my progress and seeing if I can reach my goals!
